Introductions...

I started this blog to let the average person know what a server goes through every day (especially in Utah).

I work in an Italian restaurant in the Provo-Orem area. I've been there for over a year now and have some interesting stories to tell.

My hope is that people will read this and it'll change how they view and treat servers.

Obviously, names will be changed so that I don't get fired.
